Network, Infrastructure Sharing Center(NISC) provides an online system containing up-to-date information on builing's permits for the incoming telecom duct line of the joint construction among network operators.
Using this online system, network operators can choose either participate the joint construction or not.
NISC seeks to contribute to the efforts of the Cross-sector infrastructure sharing including new road construction, railways, utility poles, sewage pipes.
